I was wondering what type of workouts do the majority of you guys do in order to loose weight or stay fit? At the moment, I am doing a mixture of Holly and Bridget's workouts on the Girls Next Door Workout DVD... and I usually end the workout with Rodney Yee's Abs Yoga. If you haven't given the Girls Next Door Workout a try, you really should if you are not really into the strenuous type of stuff. I usually start off with Holly's since it's very slow and it's kind of for "lazy people." Bridget's Bunny Bootcamp is a little bit upbeat, but not too much. I really haven't tried Kendra's for more than a few minutes (it's too hard for me ATM). Abs Yoga is more of a relaxation type of thing. I think that it's a great way to end a workout. So in total, I workout for an hour five times a week. This is the episode where they shot the workout.

I live on my stability ball. I love the thing.

I want to get one of those things. I heard that if you just sit on them you're working on your abs.

Yeah, just sitting on them you have to pull in your abs to keep yourself completely stable. So, yeah, it's a minor workout. They are fabulously awesome.

I pretty much just do regular old warm up on the elliptical for 10 minutes, lift for 20 minutes, 10 minutes more of cardio on the elliptical, and another 10 minute cooldown on a recumbent bike. I don't really do anything special.

Ghetto apartment complex weight room is ghetto.

Well, I'm pretty active... I go to the gym six days a week, almost two hours a day, mostly for cycling, fight-do, weight training and other classes, like x55 and stuff like that.
Back when I started, I used to warm up 15 mins on the elliptical then do weights for arms and legs for 40 mins, 7 mins of abs and then five of relaxation with the stability ball.
