I was wondering what type of workouts do the majority of you guys do in order to loose weight or stay fit? At the moment, I am doing a mixture of Holly and Bridget's workouts on the Girls Next Door Workout DVD... and I usually end the workout with Rodney Yee's Abs Yoga. If you haven't given the Girls Next Door Workout a try, you really should if you are not really into the strenuous type of stuff. I usually start off with Holly's since it's very slow and it's kind of for "lazy people." Bridget's Bunny Bootcamp is a little bit upbeat, but not too much. I really haven't tried Kendra's for more than a few minutes (it's too hard for me ATM). Abs Yoga is more of a relaxation type of thing. I think that it's a great way to end a workout. So in total, I workout for an hour five times a week. This is the episode where they shot the workout.
